On all legal relationships where Westland is acting as purchaser of goods and/or services, the general purchase conditions of Westland Kaas B.V. shall apply. On all legal relationships where Westland is acting as seller of goods the General Sales Conditions of Westland Kaas B.V. shall apply.

Our Purchase and Sales Conditions are also filed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and will be provided free of charge upon first request.
